About Us
Hi friends, we are Keni Loud and Brianna Johnson. We are passionate about our faith, motherhood, and fitness. Our vision for Arise in Motherhood (AIM) fitness is to bring faith and fitness to the mothers in our community. We strongly believe that complete wellness is a balance of our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Our bodies were created to move, we believe fitness can be a form of worship, where we commit our body, soul, and minds to the Lord.

When we gather together, we strengthen our bond with one another. We can build one another up through encouragement, friendships, and fellowship.

We are honored you chose us to be a part of your fitness journey.
By choosing to be here you are investing in your health and the health of your child(ren). Your choices are influencing a lifetime of healthy choices for your child(ren).
Our fitness classes are designed to allow mamas to have fun bonding with their child(ren) while enjoying a healthy release, building strength and endurance, all while instilling healthy habits in their children! We aim to help improve mind, body, and spirit!

Class Formats
We have four awesome class formats, each designed to focus on strengthening, and toning and conditioning the body. We have designed our class formats to incorporate functional movements that focus on core stabilization. overall strength and conditioning, as well as mobility. All classes are kid/baby friendly!
barre 360
40 min barre toning class incorporating a blend of strengthening exercises, Pilates and ballet movements, working the entire body.
Light weights 3-5lbs.
Barre Rejuve
35 min class, this is a low impact workout incorporating ballet & Pilates inspired movements designed to both stretch and strengthen the core and back. Light weights 3-5 lbs.
Stroller Fit STRONG
45 min class, this is a strength & conditioning workout, designed to hit every muscle group, with intermittent walking or jogging between sets of exercises. 5-15lb dumbbells needed.
ENDURE STRENGTH
45 min, this is a challenging full body, functional strength training class, designed to push you to the next level. Mat, and 5-15lb dumbbells needed.

Gatherings
Join us twice a month on Fridays for a monthly playdate and prayer time. You do not need to be a member to participate, we would love to meet you and connect. We are here to support you in your motherhood journey, whether you are expecting your first, or are a seasoned mother of multiple children, or are in the season of grandparenthood you are welcome to gather!

We love to spend time getting to know you and your children, we can't wait to plan our next gathering with you and your family.

Whether you are new in your faith, curious to know more about Jesus, or have been on your journey for many seasons we welcome you to a time of fellowship, prayer and devotion.

Check in for Class
Please ensure you check in for virtual classes the night before by 8:00 pm. For our morning and evening in person classes, please check in at least one hour before start time. Our time is valuable, and we know yours is too. This helps us know whether or not anyone will be present for our workouts.
